Processing & Production Time
All products in our store are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Before your order ships, it goes through a production phase where your item is printed and prepared. Production typically takes 2–5 business days for apparel items such as t-shirts, hoodies, and hats.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated shipping times are:
- United States (Domestic): 3–4 business days after fulfillment
- Canada: 3–5 business days after fulfillment (up to 12 business days for Atlantic regions)
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- Europe, Australia/NZ, Japan, Rest of World: 5–20 business days after fulfillment
Total estimated time from order to delivery = production time + shipping time. For example, a US order may arrive in approximately 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express, and other carriers depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- All items are made to order — we do not accept returns for size or color changes. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
